A single view of a practice or PCN's digital front door — the channels patients use to reach care. It combines NHS App engagement, online consultations and online/video appointments into one benchmarked Digital Front Door score, with a link through to each channel's full dashboard.
The score is the mean of the practice's national percentile across the three scored channels for the selected month, so 50 is roughly average and higher is more digitally enabled. Channels with no data are excluded from the score. NHS App uptake counts unique active patients aged 13+; it is not a count of app sign-ups.
