About Me
I spent 15 years in retail management before moving into NHS primary care — and that background in operational compliance, multi-site management, and driving performance under pressure shapes how I work to this day. When I made the transition into general practice, I brought a different set of instincts: one that looks for systems before blaming people, and builds for sustainability rather than quick fixes.
Today I'm a Strategic Business Manager across five GP practices and Digital Transformation Lead for a PCN. Haresign Consulting is the practice I run alongside those roles — bringing the same practical, data-led approach to practices beyond my own patch.
